there was no more ages anymore
Farms... Farms everywhere...
Not enough. Could be more!
Trajan must hate the fact that your aqueducts are better than his, hence why he's at war with you.
She might be doing it on purpose...
So I wonder if Harald will get on me for not having a large enough Navy?
The real interesting thing about the end of this game (which I purposely stretched way into the information era) was on my final conquest, the borders of Indonesia did not adjust after I conquered all their cities. Even after I took their final city and hit just one more turn it was still showing the land owned by them.
I was also getting weird bugs at the very end regarding my religious view in that it was showing cities as having no religion despite they were Catholic. In the end there were 146 Catholic cities in the world, 138 of them were mine, and 8 city states.
You're only using 1/3 of your available trade routes. Hardly optimal play...,
I have found out that going over 50 trade routes very much slows my computer down. This is the only way I can play on large maps. I used to run over 100 trade routes in these types of games. But assigning trade routes would take at least 5 seconds each (got forbid I attack a civ I have a bunch of trade routes with), probably closer to 10 or even 15 seconds. Once you get to 40 you really don't need any more.
I was kidding,
Oh... I had only 9 trade routes available in my last game as England
I don't think I've ever had more than about 15 trade routes, and that was back when Commercial Hubs and Harbors stacked.
I had close to 30 in one game I believe, but it did noticably slow down every time one appeared... Very annoying.
Hey, where did everybody go? This isn't fair! How am I supposed to use my zero war weariness special ability now.
You certainly have the largest air force, regardless.
Well, that was a long game...
I thought so too. I probably could have sped it up a bit, but I didn't want to take any casualties ;-).
Sory for a little off-topic remark: I also noticed the problem that the game is running slow with more trade routes. Would I need a better processor or more memory to improve the playing speed?
You will need a combination of both.
But hey, new computers and/or computer parts aren't expensive.
I have a pretty darn good laptop that can run almost all games I play on highest settings, so I really doubt you're going to solve it by just upgrading stuff, because this is the biggest lag I know anywhere in any game.
Maximum PC magazine (no promotion intended!) has run several articles on building a gaming PC for less than $X in the past few issues, so There Are Ways around almost any gaming hardware problem.
Cray makes a nice little machine, and although I don't think it was intended for Civ VI, it might work...
