For new posters, and even a few of the old experienced ones, I feel its worth posting a bit of a posting guideline.
Firstly, please take a read through our Forum Rules. Please make sure you understand them and follow them.
We are very excited about the development of Civilization 7, and its great to see so many people who are also excited about it. This forum is a great place to come and discuss the new announced features and to speculate on what else will be announced.
However, we ask that when you do this, please you remain civil at all times.
If you see someone making a rude comment, please do not respond in kind. That just serves to inflame the problem. Instead, please use the "report post" link located at the bottom left of the post. The moderators will then deal with the issue. Please also note that reporting the post does not somehow allow you to flame someone in return.
When creating a new thread, clearly state the purpose of that thread as a thread title so other forum members know what to expect when entering that thread. The Opening Post should clearly state what you wish to discuss and why you want to have that discussion. If these elements are not present, staff will edit as needed.
In addition, please check for other threads that are already about the topic you wish to discuss. If staff find multiple threads on the same topic, we will merge those threads and posts into the first thread started on the topic.
Please follow this thread as we will post any Civ7 forum information or policy announcements here as Civ7 development matures.

- If you are disappointed by something, you are welcome to state that, but do it in a civil and constructive manner.
- If you disagree with someone, you are welcome to state what you disagree with and why, but do it in a civil and constructive manner.
- If you love some new feature, you are welcome to discuss every aspect of it, but please do so in a civil and constructive manner.
- See where we're going with this? In a civil and constructive manner.
