Civ3/4 City State Culture Take over mod

Hey there,

Does anyone know of a mod currently that allows culture to influence city states to join your civilization like they did in Civ3 and Civ4?

This sound very similar to a Revolution mod, which is not really possible without DLL and such, but there is a mod called Cultural Diffusion that allows tiles to flip based on culture. I don't think this affects cites in any way, but maybe this will do what you want

Yep, Cultural Diffusion allows tile flipping, but not cities flipping.
