CIV3 The Conquests in the Netherlands

Hello people and especially the Dutch here;

I will get civ3 the Conquests saturday (100% sure), how about you? Is it out allready?

As I'm living in Ireland (but I am dutch) I can't speak for the availability in Holland, but I managed to grab a copy here in Dublin the 20th of November. I was visiting the shop every day since the 14th but finally...it arrived! I wish I had more time to spend on the game though, it's awesome.

Where do you get it from?
Dynabite should have it, i've been calling the main office. And allmost all shops got 10-15 copy's of it. They should receive it by express today. Well, its nouw 15:00 and they still don't have it

Wow...I'm glad I moved to Ireland then.... I thought I had to wait a long time here for the release, but it seems it's even worse in Holland at the moment!

Visited the Delft shop of Dynabyte today Nov 28 at 18:00, and they didn't have it yet.

"Maybe tomorrow if PTT cooperates."

Yes, they have it today. Of course the dork couldn't find my pre-order confirmation. Had to spell it out to him. But I have it at least.

I've gotten it yesterday (28th). All the mayor stores didn't have it, but a local gameshop (Dimension Plus) had it. My copy was still sealed, as it came in fresh

I can confirm that the dynabyte in Apeldoorn did have Conquests for sale today. (And today was the 29th) They did have one copy less after I went inside the shop though.
And now a little warning for everyone who wants to go today to buy it since the shops will be open this sunday; the dynabyte in Apeldoorn is, as a rule never open on a sunday. And I didn't see it in other shops.

I'll go get it in Groningen tomorrow, also for Sinterklaas. I have college from 9:00-11:00 and from 15:00-17:00, so I have plenty of time to look around...

I'm in england and I've only just got it now... infact, I've got two copies now :x

amazon delayed by order for another 1-2 weeks, so I went to Game and bought it there.. and when I got home to cancel my order with amazon, I found they were already shipping it

Yep, got it last saturday at dynabyte in Deventer. Allready finished the first conquest.

Got it last Friday at the MediaMarkt in Amsterdam. They had to open their new supplies - I was the first to get one

Played the first (Messopotamia) scenario at Regent - wasn't that difficult.
The second one (Rise of Rome) looks terrific - can't wait to get home...

Funny. A friend of mine works in a dynabyte store (thus, he got his copy last saturday ) and they're trying to convince their manager to close the store on sundays by not selling anything on a sunday.

As far as I know they've had this strategy for over a year, and it still doesn't work. He says it's especially profitable though, for the employees that is. Especially around christmas and saint nicolas

Makes you wonder about the margin of profit on their lousy merchandise...

But anyway, the dynabyte stores should have it by now. Don't forget about their 'customer discount'.

I got it today at Dynabyte Groningen for €30-3(customer discount)=€27. I first looked at Mediamarkt, but they hadn't got Conquest yet. In fact, they were still selling PTW for €35,-
