civ3mod file for Israeli Decorruption Mod/ Fascist Germany Mod Combination

Here is the civ3mod file for a combination of the Fascist Patch and Ice Blaze's Israeli+Decorruption+Realism Patch.

I also made a few changes like changing the names of Caesar and Tokugawa to Mussolini and Hirohito but I may have missed a few details.

Please tell me if I missed something.
