This is my first Civ4 game. At this point I don't even know how to play this game, but the few times I've tried, it reboots my laptop after about 10 minutes. It doesn't crash....it REBOOTS.
This is the only info that I've found:
Faulting application Civilization4.exe, version 1.5.2.1736, time stamp 0x43aa1ac5, faulting module boost_python-vc71-mt-1_32.dll, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e03821, exception code 0xc0000135, fault offset 0x00009eed, process id 0x1690, application start time 0x01cb3caec9a6e736.
I have a 1yr old Toshiba laptop with the following specs
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5450 @ 1.66GHz (1663 MHz)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista (Service Pack 2)
DirectX version: 10.0
GPU processor: GeForce 8700M GT
ForceWare version: 176.26
Total available graphics memory: 1023 MB
Dedicated video memory: 256 MB
System video memory: 0 MB
Shared system memory: 767 MB
Video BIOS version: 60.84.51.00.21
IRQ: 16
Bus: PCI Express x16
Any input is greatly appreciated!
Dan
