Civ4 patch 3.19 new leader

hi guys ... question .I have BTS v3.19 and i want to know if there a new update for RTW mod ??? oh and if its posible to add new leaders such as Hitler and hiroito to the mod??? if so how can i do it... i have also RTW3.13 but it wont run cuz i hve a new version(3.19) but i know there more leaders and more flags and new civilitaion on that version(3.13) than the 3.19 dont have like hitler thankx

Hello. You might want to check out the Creation and Customization forum. A lot of leaders have been modded into the game and you might find the ones you mentioned there.

And you'll probably find an update to RTW.
