Civ4 won't run because of a Python file...

Hi everyone...

I recently installed Civ4 Complete on my laptop, which has Vista, but when I try to run any of the Civ titles I get this error message:

"This application has failed to start because boost_python-vc71-mt-1_32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Well, re-installing did not help, and I tried re-installing several times. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?

Having Civ4 on my laptop isn't life or death or anything, but it would be pretty sweet. Thanks in advance for your help.

Ok, I found the file in the directory... and it looks like it is where it's supposed to be... how come the program can't find it?

Ok... I can get regular Civ4 to run in Windows Media Player... weird... but neither Warlords nor BTS will do so. I have no idea what's going on.
