CiV4 Wont Start Up

When i installed CiV4 yesterday it was working fine for about two hours. Then out of nowhere it shuts off and shuts down my computer. When i turned it on to try it again i keep getting a error.

Thats the error that i get. I hope that helps. Please guys ive been looking forward to this game T_T

I'm getting this every time I start it up -- Patch 313 -- Unofficial 3.13 patch. Vista 64

does it shut down the computer completely or just crash to desktop?
