Finally added a release countdown for Civilization IV: Colonization and a couple of Amazon pre-order links... :) The game is coming out in just 5 days, on Tuesday, September 23!

2K Games has priced Civ4Col like an expansion pack, at $29.99. Here are the prices at the three Amazon stores:

    Amazon.com: $27.99 | Amazon UK: £17.98 | Amazon DE: EUR 27,95

PS: If you still see the countdown for CivRev, please clear your browser cache.

I went buy.com and got it for $26.99 with $4.40 shipping. Beats going out to the store.

Amazon.com is cheaper, since shipping is free. :)

I don't have good luck with them since their free shipping normally takes weeks... :(

Pretty good price, I actually rather expected $40 initially since it's standalone. Though I've got enough sense nowadays not to buy a new game midsemester.

Just to throw it out there, the Christmas theme doesn't show the countdown, even after a refreshed cache. And no, I don't have any good answer as to why I'm using the Christmas theme in September.

No sign of it in Canada yet. Checked with Bestbuy and Futureshop. They both have it on their websites, but they haven't got it yet.

Amazon.ca doesn't even have it listed. Nice work marketing/distro guys.
