i need some explanation about CIV4EraInfos.xml
i set the </iResearchPercent> in CIV4GameSpeedInfo.xml and more is higher more slower the tech will be learned
But there is a </iResearchPercent> even in CIV4EraInfos.xml what i will set there?
</iResearchPercent> is like a fine tuning to make the research slower and higher in all eras?
if i want to have longer time in industrial era to research a technology more then in classic era , have i to make </iResearchPercent> of the industrial era higher, like 150%?
