CIV5-GOTY and GOTY-Upgrade 75% off on Steam

Steam offers atm a GOTY-Upgrade for 2,50 €. I have normal CIV5 and the Goods and Kings expantion without any DLC.

Can someone tell me what the GOTY-Upgrade gives you?

All DLC except for Korea and Ancient Wonders. Which currently can be also purchased with 75% discount as well. Actually, Civ5 + all DLC G&K included are on sale for the next 11.5 hours. Maybe you should edit the title for other people. I assume some haven't purchased G&K yet and were waiting for this sale.
