It's a little unclear what you're asking. If you're asking whether you can take out one of these units to use in your mod, then the answer would be yes (as long as you give credit to danrell, of course).

I forgot to say "add".
First of all thanks for your interest to help or to listen what i need.
I want for example,to add only the Cruiser (Takao Class)in the game cause for time being game itself does not have a cruiser naval unit,and i think is something we miss.
So,first question is :
1 Is it possible to add only this unit?
2 If not,is it possible to add the whole pack into game?
3 Why i cannot see this Japan unit pack in the online mod browser?

This isn't a mod, really, it's a resource for modders to create their mods.

As you've mentioned, not all of the units have counterparts in the vanilla game, but the ones that do are included in Ethnic Diversity (R.E.D. unofficial), linked in my sig. If you download the Optional Units pack, I include these anachronistically as models for missile cruisers.

However, I know Hulfgar's Modpack adds the cruiser as a new unit to the game using these models. So does Gedemon's R.E.D. WWII scenario.

You explain everything very clearly,it was very easy to understand what you mean.
And the best part is that i have searched your optional units folder for download and all i can say is what you have done is like the discovering the ancient city of Inca tin my eyes.I was badly ignoring their existence.
I will activate the mod right away and i will try to edit via xml the units i want to see-cruisers for example,and some others i see that you have added,and to be honest i would to see them as well.
