yes ,I can make them to machine gun version,but I only used the civ5's Original weapon, so they look like snipers

Well, if you plan to do them, I would like to use both version

(I know, I know, I've already around 400 units to add in my mods thanks to you, more than enough to keep me occupied for the next few months, but still... mixed paratroops unit with SMG and sniper sounds great )

Not exactly. It was approved in 1946.
Camo painting is modern. It was just khaki that time.
Actually the main problem (except rifle = )for current model is field cap.
The only pic (for 1939-1945) I get get now is with field cap.

But! Field cap was not used in action.
Helmet would be more preferable for current model.

About the field cap, I agree, but appearantly Firaxis likes to have easy kills on its 'chute units.

I just noticed a small oversight. Paratrooper_Generic_MG_v2.gr2 is missing. A copy of Paratrooper_Greece_MG.gr2 was instead inadvertently added to the directory.
