Civalization downloading help

If you are referring to the Modpacks where modders have added civs. Go to any modders thread and look for a file attachment or a blue link. Click on these and you should have an option to save or open zip file. Choose save and put in My Documents and its downloaded.
If you are referring to the game itself just go out and buy a copy. Its better than downloading the game cause you already have a backup.
