CivDip XIII - Dancing with the Devil!

Whats that going to do for you when war begins in europe...? :mischief:

Very soon fleets and armies from Canada, India, South Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand will appear in the Atlantic, Syria (eventually) and the Eastern Med :yeah:

:king:

The feared militaries of Canada, India, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand are going to descend upon us?

. . . and you thought Italy was unimpressive. . .

ouch...getting rough in here..... :nono:  :band: Well, at least we are all having fun. :D

Oops, I forgot to refer to kOc as "Witch of the West" in that last post. Sorry about that, Witch of the West.

its the Dork equivalent of yo-momma trash talk. I realize that, since I refrain from smilies, it is sometimes difficult to guess at my mood. Its all said with a smile.

Well, not an actual physical smile, like on my real face. More a mental smile. Or at least a mental upturning of the corners of the "mouth". Its not really that funny, see.

Hehe, that is nothing to my typical diplomatic dispatches...note my latest one in Garnet:

Greetings from the Archduke Amadeus Strudel!

It looks like your end is nigh.

You sought to destroy the Empire I help to rule during the Emperors long illness and now look at you.

Naples is a ruin, Tunis a distant memory of past glory, the Greek conquests with all those pretty Orthodox Churches under the rule of the infidel Turk.

May at the very least I still maintain my capital whilst all that was once Italian is nought but a dim and distant memory.

I'll drink to your health when the Turks take you off to rot on some distant island in the Med.

Yours, the Archduke Amadeus Strudel, architect of your destruction.

I'll have that mappy up soon :D

I was going to ask whether we were ever going to see any updates in the Tourny of Scoundrels. Don't forget Magnus.

Diplomacy is more fun if everyone puts a bit of story and personality into it, don't you think?

Well, tell us when you have found a personality, then we can have real fun :p

Was that an affront to the King of Italy? I'll have you eaten by lions. Or molested by big hairy Italian women.

Don't make me read more poetry at you!

♠ German down the drain?
Germany suffered severe losses this season. Belgium and Berlin fell while Munich is left exposed and unprotected. The only good news is the destruction of the English fleet in Heligoland Bight by the German Fleets.

♠ Wintry Invasion!
The English invaded the capitol of their one-time ally, Russia. The Tsar escaped to Moscow, but St. Petersburg is now an English port.

Just to let everyone know, I will be out of contact Friday, Saturday and most of Sunday. I'll be home late from a weekend away and will check email late Sunday night. Thank you very much for your understanding. Now...off to find a bottle of merlot....

Confound their politics,
Frustrate their knavish tricks,
On Thee our hopes we fix
God Save the King!

That's funny. All we need is for a rip off name out of Tolkien, Star Trek arguement and a Star Wars reference and we're there dude.

I am so dead...

Wait a minute, that's my orders from spring 1901...

I'm still dead...

You are correct, I misposted your orders, but if you look at the map you can tell I adjucate the correct set of orders, otherwise that fleet would not be in the Aegean...
