Civilization 4 BtS 3.13 M.A.D. Nukes Mod Crash

RAM: 512 MB
Direct X 9.0
Video Card: ATI Radeon 9250

So, it seems that quite a few people are having trouble with the new patch. Well, mine works fine, up to a point. If I try to load the M.A.D. Nukes Mod it will crash mid loading and give me that Send/Do not Send Error Report Window.

I'm not really expecting any answers, mainly just trying to help try to fix this little...dilemma with Patch 3.13. Though answers would be nice.

I'll see what other mods work too.

This is a problem with the mod not the patch - as with all major changes in the files mods for earlier versions need to be adapted and most will crash the games if loaded on newly patched versions.
