Civilization 4 Complete doesn’t work

I have just bought Civilization 4 Complete (which includes WARLORDS and BEYOND THE SWORD). The box looks like this:

But when I install the game, only Civilization 4 starts up. There are no expansion packs (WORLORD or BEYOND THE SWORD). It’s just the basic game. The installation takes up 3.47 GB, so it looks like the complete stuff is installed, but there are no new civilizations, leaders, wonders etc. Only the stuff which is available in the basic Civ 4 game.

The installation went fine except some Firewall-errors (it said Firewall exception list doesn’t work – or something like that), and the basic game works well. There is only one disc in the box. I have Windows Vista and a more than good enough PC.
What do I do?

I suddenly discovered that on Windows Vista, there is something called Games Explorer, available on the Start menu:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-vista/features/games-explorer.aspx

And WORLORDS and BEYOND THE SWORD showed up there. That's how to start the games.
