Civilization advances and Civ graphics/appearance

    So, some info about how CIV 'looks'. Even if some of this is pretty common knowledge. Also there's can be some slightly errors.

    For some visual changes, you need some certain civilization advance:

    modern advisors (also 'scientists' instead of 'wise men'): Invention - most well-known and obvious one i guess
    modern Sid on discovery screen: Electricity (not including discovery of Electricity itself)
    modern citizens on View screen: Industrialization
    modern Granary, Barracks, Marketplace on View screen: Industrialization
    asphalt road/cars on View screen: Automobile
    modern We Love The Leader parade: Industrialization
    modern disorder croud: University :p
    conquest - musketeers: Gunpowder
    conquest - modern infantry: Automobile AND Gunpowder (Automobile only = ancient army)

    City View.

    if city has even ID: huts. If odd ID: teepees.
    More advanced houses: number of your discoveries. But city population (and possibly city name and other factors) also matters.
    Tall huts/gray teepees: about 6 discoveries
    First 'ancient house': about 12 discoveries (usually some more, but not less I think)
    log houses can appear slightly later (13 discoveries?)
    First timber framing house: about 24 discoveries
    First modern small house: about 36 discoveries
    First high-rise buildings: about 50 discoveries (only if city is big enough)
    Skyscrappers: same - about 50 discoveries and only in huge cities

    City view residental buildings arrangement: only the name of the city matters. Not name ID, but the name itself. Try to rename your cities with the same name - you will see it. City Improvements and Wonders don't affect that, they only delete some of the dwellings.

    City Improvements arrangement in city view screen: again, only the city name matters. If you have 2 cities with the same city improvements, same size and the same name - they will have same city view screen. Even if one of them have some 'constant position' wonder. BUT 'normal' wonders matter and WILL change postion of other city improvements.

    'Constant position' wonders: Pyramids, Colossus, Great Wall, Hoover Dam - see WONDERS2.PIC
