civilization complete patch issues

Are there any? I have the complete (game and both expansions on one disk) version and two things are confusing me.

When I load up the game and check the version it says version 313, so i'm assuming this version (released latest obviously) already has the patch installed. But when i load up the game I check Christo Redentor and it says no turns for anarchy whereas I thought the patch made it one turn for anarchy. Moreover, when I try to install the 3.13 patch separately it says there is no version of bts on the computer (there obviously is, the game is working)

Also Bhruics patch... which I have downloaded, it says I should replace the CVGameCoreDLLdll file with the one from the patch... but I simply can't find it. I go computer - program files - firaxis games - civilization 4 - beyond the sword... but there is no 'assets' folder/file there! Basically, I cannot find the file to replace and am fed up with this, since i'm no whizz with computers.

I was wondering if it could be something to do with the fact that i have the civilization complete version as to why there seem to be so many anomalies with what should be happening and what I am getting on screen.

This dll replaces the one located at "C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Assets\CvGameCoreDLL.dll"

This is what is in the read me for the patch. Thing is, I dont see the 'Assets' file in bts, only 'custom assets' and that doesnt have the gamecore file to replace.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to be posting this. Am frustrated.

Ok it seems I was a muppet. The official 313 patch is installed (I read Christo Redentor wrong). But am still confused about how to get Bhruics patch to work.
