CiVilization IV

Hello everyone
While I was thinking on how to mod ciV, suddenly, something came into my mind and I decided to share it with you guys.

Would it be possible to modify civ IV's textures and parts of the interface to make it look like ciV?. As far as I have thought is that it could be simple to change the appearance of the units, for example, the 10 unit groups that appear in ciV. I guess it is just a matter of playing with numers and scales. And as for the terraing graphics, importing some dds's could be enouogh I guess

Would this not then be a Civ IV (make IV look like V), rather than a V mod (which it would be if it were making V look like IV)?

You'd have to do a lot of animation work to get the units to 10 without it being painfully slow. Just check out the units with 8 guys in Next War.
