Civilization Online
Born out of an internal dispute with CU, Civilization Online is the newest Civilization Site on the the net. With Me and Dave as admins, we treat our members with respect, and offer most of what is here and CU, but with a good balance of rules and freedoms.

Well, for one; At the moment, our rules suck, so tomorrow I am redoing it and making it detailed. We are following a "No-Spam" policy, meaning that any spam posted will be edited with a moderator warning. We will try to keep warnings as little as possible.

Other than that, we're trying to focus on Civilization itself, and not mostly on Off Topic.

I had the name civilization online in use since January 21st of this year.
