They would have been obsolete by the 1800s though....
The first clue refers to the fact that the real-life Caroleans always took the offensive.
The second clue refers to the 'March' promotion all Civ 5 Caroleans get, and that the Civilopedia notes that the Carolean "specializes in long marches, even far from Swedish lands [i.e., 'home']".
The third clue refers to the fact that, even though Caroleans were obsolete in real life by the 17th century, in game they don't obsolete until Great War Infantry (~late 19th Century), and so by Civ 5 standards they should've been able to defeat Russia in the 1808-09 Russo-Swedish War and keep Finland (where the Hakkapellita originated.)
Hmm.... Let me try this:
Clue 1: $1
George Washington. I don't live in the U.S but I've seen US dollars
I'm going to say Queen Elizabeth, on the off chance it is. We have her on our $1, even if it isn't the same Elizabeth
This is sorta in the right direction. But no.
Pyramids? There is one on the one Dollar bill...
Definitely the right direction, but no.
The United States of America
Clue 2: Now with 25% more bribery
philantrophy, it gives 25% more influence and looks like that pyramide in 1 dollar bill...
They are cheaper by 25% and the one dollar signifies they are cheap? Bribery means you have more gold for other things.
ok, I go then:
I am truly the best in my domain!
Pacal the Great?
