Civilization VII Civs and Leaders Wishlist [Not a Prediction]

I hope we can get the Oxus civilization, they are always so forgotten...
I'd personally rather not see archaeological cultures like BMAC myself, not when there are alternatives. I'd much rather Antiquity Central Asia be represented by Sogdiana, for example.

Beyond this a cool chalenge to design could be the Marajoaras and Xinguanos (Kuhikugu), but I don't see that happeing before we got either the Tupi or Guarani in Civ
Xinguanos would be a blob, since the Xingu Indigenous Park region is composed of several indigenous peoples. They could, however, go to Kuikuro and have Kuhikugu as an associated wonder (it was not built by them, although everything indicates that it was by their ancestors, so it could work). Marajoara does not have enough material to make a playable civ (they can have Teso as their unique infrastructure, but there is not much to go beyond that, especially an associated wonder).

So, Civilization VII has been announced, and there is already a thread about which civs we think are going to be in it, but let's also discuss what civs and leaders we would like to see most.
What would be your lineup for the vanilla, and DLCs? How many civs would you like to see? How many leaders per civ? Old ones or new o

I'm new*.
LEADER: I would like them to add Prince Naquan Of The Jamaican Maroons. The Maroons Innovated in Camouflage, Raiding & Stealing Weapons & Resources, & a Form of Morse Code using Drums. Would love to see those elements adapted to his gameplay

CIV: I don't know if Islands are considered as Civs in Game, but Jamaica is interesting. We know Jamaica had a infamous age Of Piracy, A huge Luxury Resource in Sugar, A Huge Commercial & Defense District(Before a Massive Earthquake sank the City) called Port Royal (The Wickedest City On Earth)
