I appreciate your new conjecture category, muito obrigado rei/raihna.

Oh also we are speculating that it is in fact Pyramid of the Moon, not Pyramid of the Sun. Although one could argue that Pyramid of the Moon looks very much like an oversimplified Pyramid of the Sun.

(It should be called Pyramid of the Moon based on what it looks like, but it is indeed called PyroSun in-game).

Wasn't the Pyramid of the Sun saw on the tech tree?

Wasn't the Pyramid of the Sun saw on the tech tree?
The icon yes, I don't recall if we were able to actually read its name.

Yes. And also visual was also observed in the Mississippian city view.

Yes. It was on a tool tip. The name and the bonuses.
Where did we see that tool tip? The antiquity stream or elsewhere?

EDIT: Went back, yes it's correct Pyramid of the Sun. Fascinating that they underdesigned it so much (I hope they rename it).

Thank you very much @Rac , this is a nice overview.
I have adjusted the thread title slightly.

I have also added a second post, where I added a table with our current civ threads (I hope I did not forget any).
Could you @Rac , or the current Civ6 mods @bite @Laurana Kanan @Nikolai II @pokiehl @Zaarin @Alexander's Hetaroi @Eagle Pursuit please update the list with the links to the threads when a new civ is announced?
Thank you :).

Haven't Gauls essentially been confirmed as an Independent Power?

They were spotted in Independent Power colors, and then their models were used as an example of how a military I.P. would change it's look over the ages.

Seems worthy of a note, even if it's just in Conjecture Teal!

Is White Tower conjecture? I could have sworn it was mentioned by name in the Norman ability in the Antiquity stream.

I do think Polynesia is going to be a make-or-break point for me, my bellwether. If we get a Samoan/Tongan civ and leader, then I think that is sufficient indication that the rest of the game will roughly be as fleshed out as I feel it wants to be at launch. A Norse or Wagadu civ would probably serve as pretty solid indication as well.

And if we don't, then guess I'm waiting till the first round of DLC comes out lol.

Will they all be at launch or some of these are in the planned expansions?

Since the devs have been very clear about what is DLC so far, I think it’s safe to say that Meiji Japan is going to be in the base game with Himiko.

Considering Incan terrace farms and Machu Picchu were shown in the reveal trailer, Inca should replace Aztec in this graph. Like TheGhostEnthusiast said, we have every reason to believe Meiji is base game. Unless the devs decided to get very controversial and have Meiji as the capstone to Han and Ming, Mongolia will likely lead into Meiji.

Meiji is a confluence of Sino-Japanese civilisation and Western civilisation (or more precisely, the starting point of complete replacement of the local culture with a dressed up Western one).
Depending on how you interpret the historical successor it could be seen as a successor of the Normans, Spanish and Ming (representing the influences that shaped Edo and Meiji, and assuming no Japanese Exploration era culture despite the tenshu building model). Whereas Mongols have absolutely nothing to do with Meiji. No cultural ties, no population ties, even the Meiji imperialism never managed (or sought to, excluding Khalkhin Gol) to conquer the Mongolians.

The Inca lean into the exploration age with their roads and long empire so I get it.
Seems weird you would side step to them from Maya and back to Mexico.
At least keep the trail random and go Maya Inca Argentina

Egyptians don't have much to do with Songhai either. For what it's worth I think the Mongolians will lead into Russia and the Qing, but Japan wouldn't be completely out of left field.
