A note for Firaxis for the next banner: The time zone they meant to put on it is CET, not CEST (7 PM is correct). CET is Central European Time, and CEST is (predictably) Central European Summer Time. The equivalent of EST and PST to the ET and PT on the banner. Europe won't be back on CEST until the last Sunday of March.

Didn’t Ed also say they wanna add proper victory conditions to the first two ages of you choose to end in one? Like it kind of sounded like he meant that finishing a legacy path unlocks the ability to do a final project equivalent to World Bank or Operation Ivy etc.

There was a question whether the AI factors in enabled vs disabled victory conditions

They’re looking into random name generators for commanders but no direct confirmation

They’ve started work on quick movement, inbound soon. Quick combat not a priority due to animation system.

They are considering adjusting AI so that it is not placing cities too close and thus avoiding implementing Loyalty mechanics.
