Because I'm lacking graphics for my mod:"Wonders of the World" I decided to make a mod that adds many leaders and civilization that ranks civilizations by "historical importance".

Why on earth are Mali and Lithuania on the bottom?

I think Lithuania is important enough to be on the list,but there is only 1 leaderhead for them.Mali was a pretty large empire,but I can't name another great leader(no I will not merge Mali and Songhai!).

Also, do you decide the "importance" by the amount of available LHs or do you only grant a certain amount of LHs depending on importance?

If you still need someone for Portugal, there's a very good LH of Alfonso Henriques around.

Do you give female LHs a preference to achieve more gender diversity? Else I can hardly see the rationale behind Eleanor of Aquitaine or Semiramis for example ...

And out of curiosity, whom do you use for Anna Jagiellon, Eleanor of Aquitaine and Wilhelmina?

How many leaders depends on how important they are in history.

Eleanor was one of the most influental women in European history(first I wanted to use Cardinal Richelieu,but I changed mind)
And Semirames?I wanted to try it,altough Nebuchadnezzar II would be a better choice.

For Eleanor I found her somewhere in Den9510's LH gallery(altough she is not yet finished).
For Wilhelmina,I found her graphics in the "Destiny" mod.
And Anna Jagiellon is a secret,for now.
