I'm surprised I haven't seen any other references to this, but...
The Civilopedia has chunks of apparently missing text. I saw it two or three times last night but the only specific example I could remember was in the Religion document. There was another document where it said "Here is a list of all the (something)," and there's nothing listed. It was either religions, governments, or civics options.
Also, it seems some game concepts may be missing from the Civilopedia altogether -- it took me forever to figure out exactly what a Holy City was, as the Civilopedia's Religion section seems copied right out of the manual, there is no clear explanation of it in the manual, and the manual has no index.
Also also, sometimes when I hit "Back" in the Civilopedia, nothing happens. I have click Top.
