Civilopedia Tech Screen

Have you considered showing the civilopedia tech screen as the tech tree or providing it as an option? I think Realism Invictus does this. It's annoying to have to start a game to see the tech tree.

That would be nice, but not really an easy thing to do I expect, even with Realism Invictus (thanks for the hint) as a starting point.
