Started playing yesterday and discovered one piece of functionality that doesn't appear to have carried over from the old UI.
In CivRev, you can get a preview of how much gold a caravan would receive from each city (which made it easy to determine where I should send my caravan). I can't seem to figure this out in the new UI. Any assistance appreciated.
As others have said, the new version is essentially CivRev with better graphics. I typically play on my commute or when traveling so playing shorter, less complex games fits my needs great. After a couple hours, I'm still getting use to the new UI. IMO price is a little steep for what it is but it was nice to not get nickel and dimed for expansion packs.
