CivUp 2.0.51 (GK) DiploCorner missing menuitems

First thank you for a great mod

I think there is a minor bug with the DiploCorner. When I load the mod there is no menuitems for unit promotion or unit upgrade. They are in the game, as I can access the unit-specific upgrade-tree from a unit, an when a unit has earned a promotion I can also get the promotion-tree.

I had Whoward69 UI promotion tree activated at some point with CivUp which gave me 2 menu items for promotion-trees in the DiploCorner

Thank you for reminding me about this. Firaxis changed the way the diplocorner works in G&K, and I forgot to finish updating it for Civup. This should be fixed in Civup v2.0.52.
