What gameplay effects do these agreements have when the player forms them:
Couldn't find these in the manual, Civlopedia, google, or forum searches. The second one has obvious implications for AI influence, but what about when the player forms the pledge and someone else attacks the city-state? What happens?
And... couldn't find anything at all about these ever-so-common Pacts of Cooperation the AI's ask for.
