While the ad itself is benign, there is an ad from PriceQuotes.com that includes a form field and javascript code to focus on the first form field. This forces the page to the field (typically at the bottom of the page) and is very annoying.

Please remove this ad.

When I click on a page link to read a forum thread, it jumps to the bottom of the page. To read the 1st post, you have to scroll all the way back to the top.

This is with Firefox 3.0.5
Happens with Google Chrome too, and yeah, that PriceQuotes.com ad seems to be the culprit. :(

I reported it to Atomic Gamer on Monday (and just sent them an email again). It is an annoying behavior for an ad.

This ad also does the same thing:

It is so annoying and I thought It was my mouse or Opera "gestures". Please end our affliction soon!

It's good to know it's an ad and not a computer malfunction or virus. Wish I had noticed it was always on the same ad before this; I was getting worried!

Atomic Gamer is contacting UGO about getting this ad removed. Hopefully they could get it removed within a few days.

Thanks.

Wow, is that annoying. I'm glad I learned where it came from. :goodjob:
