No. The first amendment is that our gov't will not make laws which restrict freedom of speech, religion, press. The first amendment is not that Youtube will not delete your videos. Imagine if you have a yard, you allow anyone to come put up a sign, but at the end of that day that yard is yours, and if you want someone's sign down because it's stupid and messed up, you can take it down. The yard is Youtube. The stupid, messed up sign is David Seaman's video. The government had nothing to do with passing legislation to have David Seaman's video removed.
