    What is the counterpoint to "who is source #2?" If the Steele dossier was not the main reason for the warrant, why is only one source mentioned and vouched for? Why did the FBI wait until Oct '16 to get a warrant? Because thats when the dossier was being leaked to hurt Trump. The Clinton campaign (Hillary undoubtedly approved if not ordered it) sent their political gossip to the FBI to trigger an investigation of Page. So they fed the FBI lies to bring down their political opponent before an election while complaining about how their corruption was exposed by Russian hackers.

    The dossier was funded by the Clinton campaign as opposition research. Steele was specifically looking for dirt on Trump so that the Clinton could use it against Trump during the election. Note that there is no indication of the Clinton campaign's involvement in the warrant application and there should have been. That is relevant information for the Judge to weigh. If you want fraud, there it is.

    There was a long hitpiece in the NYT about it that made much of Sanders being apparently "unfazed" by the chant of "the Yankee will die here, there, everywhere" or whatever it was, and it made like two sentences' mention of the fact that the Contras were about as violent as the cartels are now except they were supported by the US government.

    Apparently, the great orange man-baby is now claiming that unspecified candidates in our Tory leadership content have -url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-48478706]sought his endorsement[/url]. Of course, what he's probably failed to notice is that, in this country, he's either widely reviled or almost entirely ignored, so his alleged endorsement is mostly useless.

    I knew someone at college who could not help himself trying to inject himself into pretty much anything going on around him, even if that meant irritating people and getting punched for his troubles, because apparently getting poured scorn upon (or worse) was still better than simply being not being paid attention to.
