The deadline is being pushed back to Wednesday and I'm adding a new rule later tonight that will allow people to change doctrines or policies.

Clearly, Thlayli has mind control over Circuit, Popcornlord, Lord of Elves and <nuke>. These players are no longer capable of independent thought and are clearly devoid of all self-interest. They will simply sacrifice all of their resources and men for the Thlayli.

This update's going to take a bit of extra time to finish as I want to start unpacking some big problems and resolving them now. A list of things to expect by update time:

Units on the map represented in number by a little numeral. No more counting up all those little Militia.
An updated front page containing the rules changes from all past changelogs not yet implemented.
Combat code cleaned up and fixed to more properly accommodate for certain rules changes.
A parser so that I can more easily process orders.

Much of the heavy lifting for the update is either finished or well underway, though thanks to these changes I want to get done sooner rather than later and my desire to reroll some of the combats with the fixed code will mean the update will take a little extra time to finish.

I apologize for the inconvenience (especially to those who clicked into this thread having seen me respond expecting an update).
