Coal, Oil, Rubber all missing

I don't know if anyone has encountered before, but in my recent 1.3.0 modern age game, there wasn't any Coal, Oil, or Rubber in the map. Though it's impossible to ensure every kind of resource is in the map, but it's still strange for missing 3 kinds of Strategic Empire Resource completely.

can you take a screenshot of the map and post it? Or make a short vid with Obs so we can see it???

In my last modern game I finished last night, I checked and I had all three of those resources on my map…

I’ve had this happen a few times since 1.3.0.
