Coal Plants

I have a question.

Say you build a coal plant, and get +2 unhealthyness because of it. Does this go away if you build, say, a hydro or nuclear plant?

Yes (although actually the coal is +4 and all the others are +2... so really you have a +2 from coal and +2 from power)
