I'm pretty sure that I don't have the time or the knowledge to make the whole thing, but I've shared this Lucidchart diagram: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_te-VuW3pHaaThGYjZSeVJWU2c/view?usp=sharing on Google Drive, so anyone can amend it.
Anyone can get a free Lucidchart account, but I'm not sure whether there'll be limitations on your ability to edit the diagram once it reaches a certain size (without upgrading your account). Later if we need to we can split it up or find a different solution.
As you'll see I've barely started but I plan to add more later today.

I figure we'd stick to the fields that link the tables, so I may remove CapitalName, because people can find the cosmetic stuff themselves – It's the structure which matters, which shows us how to avoid orphans and gives us some idea of what can and can't be done and how to do it.
Between us I'm sure it won't take long to make something useful
.
P.S. I wondered if anyone out there has the experience and software to take the 01_GameplaySchema.sql or the database it populates and automatically generate the whole thing (or at least a start toward it).
P.P.S. I'm open to the idea that there may be a better way to collaborate on it.
