Collateral damage for tanks does not work

I always give the tanks the collateral damage promotions..

HOWEVER since the 3.17 update they no longer damage any units in the tile except the one being attakcked.


Any suggestions?

This has been removed (by design) in the most recent patch. Unfortunately they forgot to remove the promotion for this though. The unofficial patch you can find in the bts subforum allows you to i) reenable it or ii) remove the promotion
