Colonization water effects?

Good afternoon, all. Does anyone know if it is possible to somehow add the Colonization water effects to the other Civilization expansions (such as BtS)? Or is Colonization so different from the others that it's pretty-much near impossible?

You won't be able to do it as the Civ games have a different version of the rendering engine.
