Has anyone figured out the civilization color assignment? The old civ games you had certain colors to certain civs (e.g. I think I remember England as Pink and Germany as Dark Blue). It appears it isnt always the same as in prior Civ games.
Too bad you can't pick them at the beginning game or can you?; (OK THIS IS A LITTLE VAIN OR PETTY - BUT YOU CAN ALREADY CHANGE YOUR CHARACTER TO MALE OR FEMALE 'FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!').
So...I'll ask again, has anyone figured out how to get a particular color? I happen to like dark blue or dark green. Brown totally sucks!

Oh, one last thing when creating a scenario, has anyone figured out how to assign the computer players to a continent, and you to a specific place? I think you can only assign a player (computer or human) and it will randomly assign civs to those spots. I have created a scenario, but I need to be in a certain place.
