Looks like the forum up(?)grade broke a lot of static links because the URL format changed. All of those reference pages are read-only, so I guess Site Feedback would be the place to bring this up. In the meantime you should be able to find those downloads here by searching for thread titles, unless they were wiped out by the database hack.
