Combat odds calculation visibly wrong

Not sure if this is the right place for this - maybe nothing to do with K-mod, but I'm playing with it loaded.

Screenshot 1: I am mousing-over Shanghai, and you can see that my knight (10 strength, Combat I, Shock) will attack the Pikeman (5.5 strength, Combat II). City defences are at 0% and the pikeman doesn't seem to have any fortify bonus.

Screenshot 2: I am holding right mouse button down over Shanghai with just the knight selected, to view combat odds. It's reporting 11.0 vs 10.76.

This should be
(10 + 10*10% + 10*25%) = 13.5
vs
(5.5 + 5.5*20% + 5.5*100%) = 12.1

In essence, your Shock promo is subtracted from your opponent's modifiers rather than added to you; Combat is instead added to you.

(10 + 10*10%) = 11.0
vs
(5.5 + 5.5*20% + 5.5*100% - 5.5*25%) = 10.73 + rounding
