combat strength for every tradition no longer working

i dont see anything in the patch notes that says this has been changed and its no longer working with rome or lafayette on patch 1.1.0. it does return when i load a save from patch 1.0.1. Maybe im missing something or its a game bug.

IGNORE this as its working on windows but not on steam os(strange). cant find a delete button for this thread.
