Combine with other mods?

So, I figured out how to combine this mod with my vanilla BTS; now how would I go about combining it with a mod which has a modified DLL file? For example, I want to use this with my Earth 40 civs map mod... Any help?

yeah you need to merge the source files of better bts ai with the source files of any mod you want to merge with. then you have to create the dll file. that's it.

What are the source files? and how do I create a dll file?

ok found the source files in the zip folder... Now how do I create the DLL file, and what do I have to put in it?
