Combining Mod Components

I have been downloading a few mod components I like, and want to use them together to make a mod. How is this done? So far I have only been able to use one component at a time. Thanks

What components have you downloaded?
Some (all with custom .dlls) can't be merged in an easy way, so this is important.

And this thread should be in the main forum.

The best way to figure this out is to ask the creators of the specific components. Also for most mod comps you will need a semi working understanding of C++ or Python, very few comps are XML based.
