I play a lot of hot-seat games with mods with some friends of mine, and I'd really like to do this while also having the flexibility of Really Advanced Setup. The hotseat-with-mods mod I use is Custom Advanced Setup.
I want to make these kiss, so that my friends and I can do something like Vox Populi + Some custom civ + we're going to start the AI on top of two natural wonders.
