Coming back to Civ IV

Been playing Civ V for a few weeks and it's rekindled my interest in Civ IV.
I've dug out the CD and downloaded patch 3.19 and I want to run the Rise of Mankind MOD.
Do I need to install the RiseOfMankind.rar as well as the RiseOfMankind_A_New_Dawn.exe in order to play or will the .exe be sufficient? Presumably I then use the New Dawn 1.75 patch A and B.
