Yeah so who is this guy? I get the impression he is an opposite figure for the Bannor (evil bannor) and Calabim (good calabim)?

No one knows who Deius is. He will be one of the major characters in the sceanarios. Al we know is he will be presented with the choice to fall or be redeemed.
